Its BlueCard Program processes health care claims you and your family members incur while living or traveling outside Nebraska. Under the BlueCard Program, you can avail of the discount and claim filing agreements other Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans have negotiated with the contracting hospitals and doctors in their area.
The company’s network of BluePreferred hospitals, physicians and other health care professionals is the largest in the state, which includes 100% of non-governmental acute care hospitals and 93% of physicians. The Rx Nebraska participating pharmacy network comprises about 55,000 pharmacies nationwide, with nearly 450 located in Nebraska.
