Individuals and families can choose from the Regence HSA Health Plan, Regence HSA Comprehensive Health Plan (Clark County only), Regence Breakthru (Clark County only), Blue Selections PPO (Clark County only) and Blue Selections. Regence HSA covers maternity care, preventive care and prescription benefits. Regence HSA comprehensive, unlike Regence HSA, covers mental health and alternative care. Regence Breakthru offers coverage in all major areas including preventive care, maternity care and prescription benefits. Blue Selections PPO, that offers three deductible choices, offers coverage for most eligible medical expenses. Blue Selections is a similar plan with similar benefits, the only exception being alternative care.

Medicare beneficiaries also have available health choices. Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregonís set of Medicare eligible plans comprise a Part D Prescription Plan, the Regence Med Advantage Plan, two Preferred Choice Sixty Five plans and a range of supplement plans. If you find your regular Medicare plan not quite upto the mark, you can opt for supplement coverage for additional support.

As for employer groups, products are distinguished on the basis of the employee strength of an organization. While on one hand there are plans for groups of 2 to 99, on the other products are made available to even groups of more than 200. If youíre looking for plans for groups with 2 to 99 employees, plans like Innova and Engage could work for you. These are simple group coverage plans that offer the best benefits at the lowest rates. Other products you may consider include Basic Oregon Plan (specially meant for groups of 2 to 50), Blue Choices and Regence HSA Health Plan. Groups consisting of more than 200 employees can choose from plans like Traditional K2, Blue Choices and Preferred Plans.
