Increase in Premiums for Basic and Standard Options

Premiums paid as an out of pocket expenditure for basic option will be increased by 9 percent and contribution in the form of out of pocket expense from the employee part will be increased by USD 3.84 and USD 9 for single and family coverage respectively with the total amount biweekly going to USD 46.50 and USD 108.91 respectively. In case of standard option, the increase in out of pocket expenditure is 12.4 percent and 15.1 for families and singles respectively.
